-Please do NOT show up early as you might be interrupting someone else’s appointment time
- Please come alone to your scheduled appointments - do not bring your children with you (unless they are also having their hair done)
- Please stay in the salon area. It is not permitted for you or your child to wander into the house unless you are using the client bathroom.
Please do not go past the partition.
- I have a dog (she’s a golden retriever) and she will most likely wander into the salon. She is very friendly but If you are allergic to dogs, please advise beforehand so arrangements can be made for her to not Interrupt your
appointment time.
-Please do not come to your appointments if you are not feeling well or think there is a chance you might have Covid-19, are excessively sneezing or have persistent allergies, have a fever, or if you have been in contact with anyone who is sick or may have Covid-19. If there are any symptoms which Hair Affair deems to look unsafe to either myself or other clients, you will be denied your appointment and will need to reschedule.
This is a non-negotiable!
- When you enter, ALWAYS please remove your shoes.
- You are welcome and encouraged to wash your hands with the medical grade / antibacterial soap provided in the bathroom and/or use hand sanitizer.
- Disposable gloves are available for you to wear during your appointment, if you choose.
- Cash will remain the preferred payment method.
Should you wish to pay by debit or credit card an additional $3.50 will be added to your bill to cover the service charges, as Moneris has increased their price for me to use their terminal.
- GST will be added for ALL services and products, regardless of how you make your payment. Yes, even if you pay cash!
- There will be adequate time scheduled between all clients to sanitize the area and all high contact places, sanitize all tools with 70% alcohol and sanitize the bathroom before the next client arrives. Please be patient when you arrive. I will do my best to stay on time but if you have to wait an additional 5 minutes, please understand that I am doing everything possible to keep the area clean and safe while you are enjoying your service
_ Salon hours will be Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, by appointment only. No evenings, weekends or holidays.
_ If you cancel or miss your appointment within 48hrs, you will be charged 100% for the missed appointment. There is no exceptions to this, regardless of the reason why you missed the appointment. This will be due via cash or etransfer before another appointment will be made for you.
